We’re proud to share that Rental Car Manager has been named Business Unit of the Year across Jonas Software ANZ.
The award was presented at a recent Jonas event and recognises performance across a broad range of business measures, including sustainable growth, operational performance, efficiency and overall business health.
It’s a fantastic achievement for the RCM team and an important recognition of the progress the business has made.
But we also want to use this moment to acknowledge something equally important: our customers.
We know that, at times, the experience we’ve provided has not always been where we want it to be. We’ve heard the feedback, particularly around support and service, and we’re grateful for the patience and honesty our customers have shown us.
That feedback matters.
It is helping shape where we invest, what we prioritise and how we improve.
