A huge thank you to the RCM team
Every now and then, it’s important to step away from screens, dashboards, and meetings- and do something that gets the heart racing for all the right reasons. Recently, the RCM team headed to Norwell Motorplex in Brisbane for a day that was equal parts adrenaline, laughs, and well-earned celebration.
And what a day it was.
Norwell Motorplex is no ordinary track. It’s a purpose-built 2.1km circuit designed to challenge drivers of all skill levels, and it’s hosted everyone from Formula 1 and IndyCar teams to NASCAR and Supercars legends. On the day, our team had the chance to get properly behind the wheel and experience what it feels like to drive a V8 supercar on a professional circuit.
For a moment, it didn’t feel impossible to imagine charging toward victory at Mount Panorama.
While the cars and circuit were unforgettable, what really stood out was the team spirit. Seeing colleagues cheering each other on, sharing stories between laps, and stepping outside their comfort zones reminded us why culture matters so much at RCM.
We’re a team that moves fast every day supporting customers across time zones, building better technology, and solving real-world problems for rental vehicle businesses. Days like this are about recognising that effort, saying thank you, and creating shared memories that carry back into our work.
