We’re on the hunt for a driven, empathetic, and experienced Customer Support Team Leader to guide our talented support crew in delivering world-class service to rental car businesses across the globe. What You’ll Be Doing:
This is more than just a people management role. You’ll coach, lead, and empower a high-performing team of support professionals, ensuring they’re equipped to solve complex customer problems while fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence.
You’ll:
- Oversee daily operations and team schedules
- Coach and mentor support staff
- Resolve escalated customer cases
- Deliver training to both team members and clients
- Help roll out product updates and internal process improvements
- Build relationships with integrators and internal teams
- Maintain service standards and KPIs
What You Bring:
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in technical support, preferably in SaaS
- Leadership or team management experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- A customer-first attitude and passion for team success
- Bonus: An understanding of the car rental industry and/or IT qualifications
