The screens shots here display the reservation process. From displaying the initial screen sheet to finalising the reservation just click on the image to display a larger more detailed screen shot. You will notice that all screens are displayed in your Internet Browser meaning no surprises or learning curves when navigating your way around the system. 1. Making a Reservation

The Reservation Sheet provides a view of all reservations. Simply click on a car to create a new reservation.  Moving the mouse pointer over an existing reservation provides pop-up tool tip information about that reservation

2.The Reservation Form

The new Reservation form is displayed after clicking on a car. Note that all bookings are Branch or Depot based. This means all information displayed relates to the logged in operators branch. This can be overidden if an operator wants to review a remote branch.

 

3. Reservation Rates and Extras

Reservation Rates

After entering the Reservation details the rates and extras form is displayed. The rate is displayed automatically depending on the Seasonal and Rate information you have entered in the database. This may be changed if required. Additionally  extra cost options such as 'Baby Seat' (all extras are user definable)  are displayed and may be added to the price of the reservation by clicking on the check boxes.

4. Final Reservation Review

The reservation review form is displayed. This displays the total cost and payment options. Once the form is submitted the new reservation is refreshed and displayed on the Reservation Sheet underneath.
